New Age Grace – Take A Stand
New Age Grace are back with Take A Stand. The single, due for release on 19th December, is backed by a digital B-side We All Fall. This will be the band’s final single before the release of their debut full length album in 2026.
Take A Stand is a mid-paced rock track with the familiar guitar work of Kenny Cassells. His catchy guitar hooks have long been the corner stone of New Age Grace’s appeal. There are few other guitarists in the emerging music scene that can have you grabbing your air guitar as quickly as Kenny.
Lyrically, Take A Stand focuses on the challenge of confronting difficult personal relationships. You can sense the despair, tension and pain in Amy Louise’s vocals as she takes a former partner to task over their emotional detachment. Thematically the song has a lot in common with tracks such as I’ll Stick Around by Foo Fighters and Don’t Speak by No Doubt.
So, New Age Grace are in good company, and 2026 looks like it will be a great year for the band.
