New Age Grace – Not Like Them
New Age Grace are the best thing to come out of Leicester since Walkers’ crisps. Their latest single ‘Not Like Them’ is a classic example of atmospheric rock with powerhouse vocals, courtesy of Amy Huckerby.
Kenny Cassells’ guitar work underpins this radio friendly track that deserves mainstream airplay. Lyrically the song conveys images that leave you with a feeling of something quite profound. New Age Grace have the ability to strip away the non-essential words and hit the mark with the ones that remain. The same can be said of the rhythm section too. Driving beats and cute guitar fills give ‘Not Like Them’ a polished sound.
